I found Simone through a friend and requested an appraisal. I could tell right away on the phone we were going to connect very well. Simone met me and listened to my story of why I needed to sell my house. One of the first things I noticed was how incredibly sensitive and empathetic she was towards my situation. The sale of my house wasn't a comission to her, it was to help me begin my new life without my recently late hudband. We reviewed market strategies and chose an auction setting, however , Simone became concerned with my mental health and we chose a different tactic, which took so much pressure off of me, as she knew the stress of grief was already a lot for me to have on my shoulders. She was prompt to reply via text, call or email for any question and didn't make me feel foolish for asking them and she always contacted me after every open. We sold my property for 40% over market value in an area that could have easily seen me end up with less. And we sold it quickly, once she helped me understand that my asking price was too high for what the market was doing and the figures my area usually see for a house my size and age. What should have been one of the most stressful times in my life became the easiest. Even after the sale of my house , Simone was in constant communication to ensure I was okay with looking for a property and was able to answer more questions that I had.
