While there were challenges during covid-19, such as the moratorium which the Andrew's state labor government unfairly placed on landlords, I felt I was still in good hands with Kirsty Van Prooyen managing my property. Kirsty consistently delivered solutions to the constant challenges, and provided more than just a service. She had empathy and strength.
