Anthony was recommended to me by a friend. He was one of three agents that I invited to discuss the sale of my home. Out of three agents, I found Anthony to be the easiest to interact with, he was enthusiastic about selling my property and he provided an appraisal that was in line with my expectations. As it turned out, Anthony had excellent knowledge of the potential buyers who would be interested in my home. He generated substantial interest as evidenced by the first open which attracted 40+ groups of people. Throughout the 4 week schedule 140+ groups viewed the property. Anthony kept the inconvenience to a minimum and did not once ask for an unscheduled inspection. Each inspection was followed up with a phone call to inform me of the progress. Anthony advised very strongly to sell via auction. This was something that I had hoped to avoid and I queried this on multiple occasions. Anthony always listened to me, but continued to strongly recommend auction as he felt this method would achieve the best result. On auction day my property sold for $165,00 above reserve and obviously exceeded all my expectations. The whole sale process, on reflection, was well coordinated and competently handled. Anthony had a clear strategy which he communicated to me. He was readily able to provide justification for his methods when questioned. In terms of how Anthony conducted the actual auction.... he was dynamic, generated excitement and consequently achieved an amazing result. I would highly recommend this real estate agency and agent.

In the most difficult of times imaginable, Anthony's professionalism and dedication was faultless.
My property went on the market in the early days of Covid-19 lockdown. With all of the limitations that this 6 month period brought he still managed to get, and keep interested potential buyers. He reported to me almost daily on progress and with updates. When finally he was actually able to take buyers to the property the level of interest increased and the sale was made with an almost mini-auction. A very professional performance under any circumstances but considering the extreme difficulty that he was working under, it was an excellent effort.
