Latest Moonee Valley Auction Results

The Moonee Valley home auction market welcomed the unofficial start to the spring selling season with yet another top result for sellers.

With the surge in auctions signalling the end of the more subdued winter market, Moonee Valley's clearance rate performed positively at 78% and inline with Melbourne's clearance of 78%.

Essendon and Essendon North held the most auctions over the weekend acheiving 62% clearance, whilst Moonee Ponds and Ascot Vale performed well above the mean to 85%.
